Due to the efforts of Nainital DM Dhiraj Garbyal, after beautification in traditional style, the form of Mallital rickshaw stand had changed, the new rickshaw stand was also highly praised in social media and the efforts of DM Dhiraj Garbyal were highly appreciated.  But today efforts are being made to taint this beautiful rickshaw stand by making an inn at night.

 Some unknown people have started occupying the Mallital rickshaw stand, which looks like a rickshaw stand from a foreign country. This beautiful rickshaw stand turns into a night shelter at night. Illegally  Kerosene stoves are lit here at night.  And all this is happening just a few meters away from Mallital police station.

 Information has been received that neither they have been verified by the local police and LIU, nor is any action being taken against them for occupying this place at night like this.

 Regarding this serious problem, the local people of Nainital have requested the police and the district administration through the media that the police administration should take some steps to vacate these places and transfer them to some other suitable place after verifying them, they also  Said that it is expected that the officials are listening and seeing this problem of the general public that from where and for what purpose these people have come to Nainital city, there is a need to keep a constant watch on them.
