Dehradun police registered a case on the complaint of NRI woman. This woman has accused Uttarakhand's PCS woman officer of duping her of 55 lakhs of rupees.

According to this woman Dehradun resident  Rekha Bohra Bhalla had taken advance money from Col. Shamsher Singh to deal with NRI Anita Bhalla's house in Dehradun, but Rekha Bohra gone somewhere after handing over the documents related to the house to Nidhi Yadav,The PCS  Officer. After that Anita Bhalla met Nidhi Yadav very first time. And Anita Bhalla got to know that her house deal has been cancelled. After which good relationship formed between Anita Bhalla and Nidhi Yadav. And this is also proved by the WhatsApp chat between them.

After few days, Nidhi Yadav became the MD of Uttarakhand Krishi Mandi Parishad and meanwhile Anita Bhalla came to India,she reached Rudrapur to meet Nidhi Yadav. The younger brother of Nidhi Yadav Abhishek whose nick name is Happy Yadav who runs a firm named Nax Enterprises in Haridwar. on Nidhi Yadav's oral guarantee, on November 4, 2019, Anita Bhalla gave Rs 55 lakh to Happy Yadav through a check in the name of Nax Enterprises.

After a few years, the relationship between Anita and Nidhi  deteriorated due to a mutual argument. after which Anita Bhalla demands her money back with interest.Nidhi Yadav and her brother Happy Yadav got agreed to return her money by May 2023. But she didn't get back the money. instead of giving Anita Bhalla's money back they both constantly misled her.

According to the allegation, after a few days Nidhi Yadav's close friend Vijay Thapliyal, who is Niranjanpur Mandi Secretary, comes forward and talks about returning the money to Anita Bhalla by June 1, 2023. On June 1, 2023, Anita Bhalla reaches Vijay Thapliyal's office at Niranjanpur Mandi and asks for the money back. On which Mandi Secretary Vijay Thapliyal makes her fool in the name of giving money.And then Dr. Santosh Khanduri a new person in this case says that he will give money back to Anita bhalla. Similarly, Nidhi Yadav and her close friends continued to mislead Anita Bhalla and made her fool again and again. 

 
Anita Bhalla got fed up about all this nonsense and she meets DGP Ashok Kumar and narrates the whole story of the fraud that happened to her. After which Dehradun police registers a complaint .

Who is Nidhi Yadav? Lets Briefly know about her.

Nidhi Yadav, who is currently a PCS officer and has held important positions in various districts of Uttarakhand is already facing a case of amassing disproportionate assets. The file has been sent to the government for processing.
But the Dhami government that claims zero tolerance, whose glimpse is already seen in IAS Ram Vilas Yadav, Vidhansabha recruitment scam, UKSSSC paper leak scam,this zero tolerance government keeps silent on the matter of Nidhi Yadav. Instead of filing a case, her name was sent for promotion in the IAS cadre.

Similarly, in another case, a public interest litigation has been filed against Nidhi Yadav in the High Court, in which it has been said that the OBC certificate given by Nidhi Yadav to avail OBC reservation in IAS cadre is false. The matter is under consideration in the High Court.

In Uttarakhand, cases of officials are continuously coming to the fore, but in the name of action, the government is just window dressing. In Nidhi Yadav's disproportionate assets case, the way the file is not being traced by the government, it clearly shows that the officials sitting in high positions in the government are somewhere influenced by Nidhi Yadav, who do not want Nidhi Yadav to be prosecuted.
